SFLIS Minutes - January 29, 2003

- Mindbridge meeting after SFLIS next week.
  The week after that is our movie night.  We'll be showing Avalon.
- The sflis.org domain name is up for renewal.  We'll take care of it.
- Does anyone want 25 hotel rooms on Gamicon weekend?  The rates are pretty
  good.
- What do we want to have SFLIS try to do in the next year?
  Take over the world.  Eliminate all weapons of mass destruction and achieve
  peace with Iraq.
  Ok, what REALISTIC things do we want to do?
  Have another SifFest?  How much money can we get from student government?
  Will they give us money for beer?
  If we go to see a space shuttle launch, will they help pay for it?  It's
  educational.
  Can we get them to pay our way to Gamicon?  Maybe if we present it as an
  industry fair or an educational event or something.
