- How to resign from SFILS:  Is it possible?
  It's difficult.  Apparently, you have to die first, and then object to being
  a member.  Then there's a complicated ceremony that has to be performed.
- Nigel and Susan got married.
- Last anime show of the semester, the year, the century, and the millenium!
  Sunday Dec. 3, 1-8pm, S207 Pappajohn Business Adm. Bldg.
  Region 2 DVDs will be shown, and there will be a new SWAMP Gas.
- Miscellaneous talk about movies.  If you like Jim Carey, you'll like the
  Grinch.
  Dungeons & Dragons move starts Dec. 8.
- Paramount sold the rights to the Star Trek music to The Nashville Network.
  Look for a new series coming out:  Hee Haw, the Next Generation.
  Or maybe not.
- Bad jokes about inflatables.
- Marty gives a book report on Neal Stephenson's 'Cryptonomicon.'
  Lots of characters, 2 timelines - characters in World War 2 and their
  descendants later.  Got halfway through it and was totally engrossed.
  Cryptography, Alan Turing stuff, and most of the technology in the book
  actually exists.

  locals to come up with something.

  bill.
