It was very very very very very very very very very dull.
- Mindbridge had a meeting Saturday, reviewed the bylaws (but didn't make
any changes).
Took the recommendations for guests of honor that were submitted to
the ICON webpage, and decided on some from each category to recommend
to the concom. Most of the names that were dropped from the lists were
dropped for one of two reasons: 1) - the person lives outside of North
America and it would cost too much to get them here, or 2) - nobody at
the meeting had heard of the person.
Voted on a board of directors. The people elected were Andy Wheeler,
Susan West, Mick Hitch, Michele Maakestad, and Lynda Sherman.
- Two ICON guests are making appearances at different bookstores on the
same night. If you schedule things right, you can see them both.
